BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team supporting clients in the Greater Phoenix Metro Area. How You’ll Make An Impact

• Monitor clients' conditions
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to nursing management

Qualifications For a BAYADA Nurse

• A nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona or multiple state nursing license
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
