BAYADA Home Health Care is a leading provider of home healthcare services, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and creating meaningful relationships with clients and their families. As a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurse (RN), you will join our Hospice team in Toms River, NJ, serving Ocean County on a per visit basis.
This role requires strong clinical skills, with prior experience in home care and/or hospice a strong preference, but not required. You will be responsible for making home visits, administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, as well as comfort care. Regular monitoring of clients' conditions and reporting changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager are also essential duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, as well as comfort care.
- Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Perform client assessments as necessary.
