Job Description:
This position involves providing personalized nursing care to clients with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator management. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize client safety, comfort, and well-being.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Valid LPN license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Tracheostomy and Ventilator experience is a plus, but training provided for the right candidate.
