About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home healthcare services to clients in the Baltimore County area.
In this role, you will be responsible for following a designated care plan in accordance with patients' needs, making home visits to clients, and performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
You will also be required to monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
