Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an RN with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in their own homes, providing personalized care and support tailored to their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor client conditions and report changes to clinical or client services managers
- Follow up with doctors' orders and accurately document observations and interventions
- Perform client assessments and develop care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
