- You will visit our pediatric and some Adult clients and conduct assessments in the Northern MA.
- You will develop and execute the skilled nursing care while coordinating communications between clients, field staff, and other involved parties.
- You will supervise and support nursing staff in the field.
- You will facilitate new hire orientation for nurses.
- You will participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff to provide exceptional care
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as a RN.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning.
- Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred.
