Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional care through home health visits to adult and geriatric patients in the surrounding areas.
About the Role
- As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for following a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
- You will make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, performing assigned duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
Our ideal candidate has a current license as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island and graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program. Previous home health care experience is not required, but one year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is essential.
Responsibilities
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Perform client assessments as necessary, accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.
