BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional care through home health visits to adult and geriatric patients in Marlborough and surrounding towns.
Job Overview

- Degree: RN License Required
The ideal candidate will have one year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN and previous home health care experience is preferred but not required.
As a Home Health Professional RN, you will be responsible for making home visits to clients, administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, monitoring clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and following up with doctors' orders.
You will also perform client assessments, case management, and coordination, accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.
The right candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
