Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Provide direct care to clients, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and care provided
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred but not required
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
