About the Opportunity
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner - Home Health to join our team. As a nurse practitioner, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Provide medical treatment, including ordering medications and performing procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
- A current license as a Nurse Practitioner in Rhode Island
- Graduation from an accredited and approved NP program
- One year prior clinical experience as a licensed NP required
