BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our HICU Health Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality skilled nursing care to clients in need of critical care in the Shrewsbury, NJ area.
Responsibilities include delivering quality care to clients and their families during the initial weeks of homecare, providing extensive training to family members and ongoing care teams, and achieving a passing score on high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN, NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required.
As an LPN on our HICU Health Services team, you will work closely with our experienced clinicians to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
