Job Summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a qualified Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an occupational therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' functional status, including muscle function, endurance, visual coordination, written and verbal communication skills, and ADL and IADL performance.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects of performance and develop individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers to more independent living and identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A current NJ Occupational Therapist license.
• Prior home care experience preferred, but not required.
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
