Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing thorough evaluations of patients' functional status, including muscle function, endurance, visual coordination, written and verbal communication skills, and ADL and IADL performance.
- Developing individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Evaluating home environments for hazards or barriers to independent living.
- Identifying equipment needs and environmental adaptations to enhance patient outcomes.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
