\We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist at BAYADA, you will be responsible for providing skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes. This includes performing evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and caregivers on the care plan.
\Responsibilities
\Your responsibilities as an Occupational Therapist at BAYADA will include:

- Performing evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans \
- Providing skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes \
- Educating patients and caregivers on the care plan and how to support patients' rehabilitation goals \
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care \
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management \
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments \
- Other duties as assigned by management \

Qualifications
\To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current PA Occupational Therapist license, prior home care experience preferred but not required. A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist is also required.
