Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' functional status, including muscle function, endurance, visual coordination, written and verbal communication skills, and ADL and IADL performance
- Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans to address patients' specific needs and goals
- Collaborating with nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Providing education and training to patients, family members, and caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote optimal outcomes
