BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator for our offices located in Horsham/Willow Grove, PA. This individual will report to the Director and provide support to office staff to ensure all field employee compliance and hiring workflow processes are completed with the highest level of efficiency, quality and customer service.
The Onboarding Coordinator plays a key role in managing the high-volume administrative and reporting processes surrounding field employee hiring, retention and experience. Responsible for all or part of the following sets of responsibilities in one or more offices. These may vary at the discretion of the Director/Area Director/Division Director, based on how the office is staffed, and the division of responsibilities within the office(s).

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA Home Health Care and The BAYADA Way
- Coordinate with Regional Recruiter to obtain potential new hire information: references, license, criminal background, health screening, etc.
- Conduct New Hire Trainings (1-9, account set up)
- Schedule and Conduct new hire orientation along with Clinical Educator according to policy.
- Enter information and update computer as appropriate through each phase of the recruiting/hiring process.
- Maintain current knowledge of employee pay rates and benefits and communicate information as necessary to new hires.
- Follow up with Clinical Manager and Client Services Manager to ensure additional competency and field orientation takes place, as necessary.
- Manage the administrative new hire process including obtaining all appropriate new hire information and creating and maintaining orderly personnel files, per the employee file checklist.
- Ensure all field employees continue to meet the appropriate certifications and in-service requirements. Coordinate all appropriate re-certifications and necessary ongoing compliance requirements
- Lead all field employee recognition and retention activities.
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities from candidate calls to onboarding, as needed.
- Four year college degree preferred
- Experience in home care and/or human resources a plus
- A demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Strong PC and communication skills (including solid phone marketing & data entry ability)
