We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado. As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to clients in senior living communities.
Responsibilities
- Make outpatient visits to clients in designated senior living communities.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as necessary or applicable.
- Attend and contribute to patient care conferences.
- Refer clients to other disciplines as needed.
To succeed in this role, you should have a current CO Physical Therapist license, graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
