Job Description
">As an Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes. This may include conducting diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.

Requirements
">- A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist - PT license
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
