About the Role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Parkesburg, Pennsylvania. As a home health physical therapist, you will provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes, allowing them to receive the medical attention they need to remain at home.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess clients' mobility, strength, and balance
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises and gait training
- Continuously assess and revise care plans as needed
- Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities for independent living
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
- Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
