As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes. Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess patients' mobility, strength, and endurance
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions
- Continually assess and revise care plans as needed, working collaboratively with nursing and other healthcare professionals
- Educate and instruct patients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote independent living
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
