Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve client goals
- Continuously assess and revise care plans as needed
- Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using electronic medical records
Requirements:
- A current Physical Therapist license in Arizona
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with EMR systems preferred
