Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each client's needs
- Conduct regular home visits to assess clients' conditions and provide quality care
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and interventions

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in MD
- A minimum of one year of recent clinical experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred but not required
