- Qualifications for Personal Care Assistants - PCA's :
- Minimum one year personal care experience
- Job Responsibilities for Personal Care Assistants - PCA's :
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Oral feeding
- Home Management Tasks : laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
