Job Overview
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care services on a per diem basis in Beachwood, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties in adult and geriatric patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and education to patients, family members, and caregivers.
- Document all patient interactions and progress accurately.
Requirements:
- A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio.
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Solid computer skills and excellent communication skills.
