BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing palliative care to clients in their homes. This is a visiting hospice position requiring reliable transportation and car preference.

Responsibilities include making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, performing assigned duties such as administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, monitoring clients' conditions, and following up with doctors' orders. Prior home care and/or hospice experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey is required.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience is necessary.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are preferred.
