- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited program for physical therapy assistants.
- Licensed or certified to practice as a physical therapy assistant in the state of North Carolina.
- At least one year of experience working as a physical therapy assistant, preferably in a home health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
