About the Job:
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and education on caregiving strategies.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
