Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients in their homes, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A current Ohio Physical Therapist license is required, as well as graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients in their homes
