About the Role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. As a skilled clinician, you will work with adult and geriatric patients in Senior Living Communities and Independent Living Communities, providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing services.
Your primary responsibilities will include making outpatient visits to clients, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
