Job Description
This position requires a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist who can provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Perform various therapeutic exercises and interventions to promote strength, mobility, and flexibility
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
