BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality rehabilitative care to adult and senior clients in Monmouth County.
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to work with our multidisciplinary healthcare team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating clients and their families on necessary skills to promote independent living.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities and develop targeted treatment plans
- Perform manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance testing, and other interventions as needed
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Educate clients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for rehabilitation and recovery
- Accurately document all interactions, interventions, and outcomes using state-of-the-art technology
Requirements
- Current NJ Physical Therapist license
- Minimum one year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from an accredited program in Physical Therapy
- Strong computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
