About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Aston, Pennsylvania. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will be part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client mobility and stability.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises and gait training.
- Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
- Accurately document observations and interventions in client care management.
Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
