About the Role:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients with various health conditions.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess mobility, range of motion, strength, and balance.
- Implement protective interventions to prevent wound formation and promote wound repair.
- Educate and instruct clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
Requirements:
- A current Physical Therapist license in Arizona.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are preferred.
