Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat physical impairments in clients' homes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client independence and improve overall health outcomes.
- Educate and instruct clients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote healthy living.
- Acknowledge and respect client preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds when delivering care.
Requirements
- A current New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
