We are currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Yadkinville, North Carolina.

Responsibilities include:
- Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Performing diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve client goals.
- Educating and instructing clients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote health and safety.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A current North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
