Job Description
- As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities and developing personalized treatment plans.
- You will implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to improve clients' mobility and function.
- You will also educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote independence and safety.
- In addition, you will document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications
- A current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
