Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities and develop individualized care plans to address their needs.
- Provide evidence-based interventions, such as manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance activities, to help clients regain function and mobility.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and occupational therapists, to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document client progress, identify areas for improvement, and revise care plans as needed.
Requirements
- A current North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and other relevant software applications.
