Make an Impact as a Physical Therapist (PT)
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Sierra Vista Visits team. As a PT, you will work with clients in their home, creating personalized treatment plans and applying innovative techniques to help them achieve their goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic tests and measurements to assess clients' mobility, strength, balance, and safety.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
- Implement integumentary protective interventions to prevent wound formation and promote wound repair using evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
- Continually assess and revise the Physical Therapy - PT care plan.
- Educate and instruct clients, family members, or other representatives on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to patient care management and services provided.

Qualifications:
- A current Physical Therapist - PT license in Arizona.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
