**Job Summary:**
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and caring Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Grantham, Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Current licensure or certification in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduation from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Two years of appropriate experience as an Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and a satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam conducted, approved or sponsored by the U.S. Public Health Service when initial qualification occurred before December 31, 1977
