Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to help patients achieve their goals.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care management and services provided.
Qualifications:
- A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
