About the Position

Responsibilities
- Perform home visits to clients in designated geographic territories to assess and develop individualized care plans.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate client mobility, strength, and balance.
- Implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote client independence and well-being.
Requirements
- A current NJ Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
