About the Position
We have an exciting job opening for a Weekend Home Health Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide rehabilitation services to adults and geriatric patients in their homes throughout Rhode Island.
Your responsibilities will include making home visits to clients, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care, and accurately documenting observations and interventions.
