Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Educate clients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and strategies to promote independence and overall well-being.
Qualifications:
- A current PA Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
