Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client mobility and strength
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve client function and independence

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Hampshire
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in home health care
