About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering exceptional home health care services. As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, performing assigned duties, and accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Our ideal candidate has a current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania, a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Prior home care experience is preferred but not required.
