BAYADA Home Health Care is a leading provider of home health care services, and we are currently seeking a Weekend Physical Therapist to join our team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include making visits to clients in their homes, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts and be able to work independently in a home setting. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
