BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of RN Nurse Manager for our Lexington, VA Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55 communities, and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities throughout Falls Church and surrounding areas.

As a Nurse Manager your day may look like this!
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care to residents in senior living communities.
- Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Lexington, VA, and other surrounding areas.
- Supervise a team of field nurses and therapists.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new nurses and therapists.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred..
- Supervisory experience.
