Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Admission
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for Weekend Admissions in our Calvert County territory.
About the Role:
This office services adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis. The position will consist of visits on doing SOC (Starts of Care) Admissions each day on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
