About the Opportunity
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to clients in their homes.
Job Summary:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes, including administration of medication, wound care, and treatments.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
