Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a RN with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients and develop your skills through comprehensive training and scholarship opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Qualifications:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Ohio
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
